Department Global Service is the main LM Glasfiber centre for technical support of our customers. We are responsible for solving any problems regarded our products during warranty and after warranty period. We acting worldwide organized in few Business Unit Teams usually related to one or few countries each. We demonstrate the permanent capability of using new technologies and innovative methods. Customer satisfactory is our first priority. Responsibilities Global Service department is seeking a competent and ready to traveling all around the world UT (ultrasonic testing) technician to work within the field of wind turbine blades inspection. You will be a part of the skilled and dynamic team able to handle new challenges. Your main responsibility will include UT blade scanning both on side and in one of our workshops. You will use daily a high tech measurement device. Additional, as a part of repairing team, you will also help in other works according to situation. It is expected high mobility and flexibility since your work has to be done often on turbines located out of your country. Unlimited number of traveling days should be expected however long periods of work in primary workshop are possible as well. Tasks: - UT (ultrasonic testing) on rotor blades both on site and in the workshop - Preparing reports according to procedure made by Global Service Engineering - Collecting, interpreting and storing inspection data following process description - Maintaining of measurement equipment - Support repairing process if needed Qualifications and Work Experience • We expect you to have of experience from a similar job, where you have gained a practical experience with measurement device operating. You are familiar with computer stuff as well. • A technician level (or higher) education is required. Some knowledge about measurement techniques, electronics, electrical machinery, and about composite materials is an advantage. • You are very conscious about quality in your work and you find it easy to work with other people in a project organization. • You like traveling and work abroad. • You have a high level of drive and you aim at constant challenges while maintaining a high and effective profile. • You are independent and structured • Very well communication skills in English is needed both orally and written since this language is used in your equipment, manuals, you will follow work procedure written in English and prepare related reports. Your project leader will communicate with you in English also Primary work location is Órdenes (La Coruña) |

| Estudios mínimos: | Formación Profesional Grado Superior |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - Technician level as a minimum; higher technical education is an advantage - Minimum 2 years experience as technician -Verbal and written communication skills in English. - No fear of highs. - Able to take ownership when alone onsite + quick thinking and taking fast decision. - Operating electronic measurement devices. - NDT testing experience is an additional asset. |
